Bears That Fly Company Launches “Bob the Rock” App to Compete in Casual Gaming Industry
Vienna, Virginia (PRWEB) January 03, 2012
Bears That Fly, an app development company based in Vienna, Virginia, launched a new iPhone app today called Bob The Rock. B.T.R. is a quirky, arcade-style game in which the user flicks rocks around the room to gain points and advance to other levels. Once certain scores are reached, panels of a Bob The Rock comic unveil to display the story of Bob The Rock.
Steven Kennedy, BTR owner and lead designer, states that he created the app because there is a mass audience of users who love to play simple and entertaining games.
“Some of the most popular games in iTunes are simple, fun, and addictive,” said Kennedy. “We’re simply giving the public what they want: an entertaining and engaging app with fun gameplay and no learning curve.”
Bob The Rock has multiple levels of difficulty, a play-by-play comic strip, settings to control music and sound effects, and Game Center interactivity. Game Center creates interactive competition between friends, which is sure to be a highlight of this casual game.
BTR is a fun for all ages app that is available today in the iTunes store, just in time for the new year. For more information on BTR or Bears That Fly, please visit http://www.bearsthatfly.com
